Our bar packages are based on 4 hour intervals. Additional hour(s) may be purchased on a per person basis for each option listed below. Our Classic, Premium, & Signature Wedding Packages all include various levels of cocktail service.

Our experienced banquet staff can assist you in determining what an adequate amount of a particular item should be when combining a variety of choices. Lunch Buffets:


*Salad bar consists of: seasonal tossed salad mix, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, choice of 3 dressings & Chef’s choice cold salad.
*Hot entrée choices: Grilled marinated chicken breast, chicken Marsala or Francaise, sliced flank steak, salmon or broiled haddock oreganatta; baked ziti or pasta w/choice of sauce. Vegetarian entrée option: Julienne medley of vegetables, eggplant parmesan.
*Sandwich board consists of: lettuce, tomato, pickles, sliced cheeses, ham, turkey, roast beef; assorted breads & condiments.

Dinner Buffets:

All dinner buffets include salad bar, Chef’s choice vegetable & starch, coffees & teas. Buffets are offered in two (2) or three (3) hot entrée styles.

Tax & Gratuity: gratuity of 20% and current prevailing sales tax are added to all food & beverage prices.

Terms & Conditions

Food & Beverage

The Yahnundasis Golf Club must supply all food & beverage items, except your wedding cake. No food items shall be taken off the premises. The Yahnundasis requires that only our staff bartenders and servers dispense alcoholic beverages.

The Yahnundasis’ liquor license requires the staff to:

  1. Request proper identification (photo ID) of any person of questionable age and refuse alcoholic beverage service if the person is either underage or proper identification cannot be produced.
  2. Refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who in the Management’s judgment appears intoxicated.
  3. If management and staff determine underage drinking is taking place, the Yahnundasis reserves the right to end the function with no refund.

Minimum Food & Beverage Expenditures / Payment Policy

The minimum food & beverage expenditure (before tax & gratuity) for a Saturday event, such as a wedding reception is $10,000.00. A non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 is required to hold the requested date for your event, this amount is applied to (deducted from) your total charges. A second non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated revenue is due 6 months prior to your event. A third deposit of the remaining estimated revenue is due 30 days prior to your event. Seven days prior to your event, the guaranteed guest count w/choices (if applicable) are due. In the event that your actual guest count exceeds the guarantee on the night/day of the event, the balance due is payable at the conclusion of the event along with any incidental charges that may have been incurred during the course of your event. (ie: extending bar package, adding items to entrees, additional labor charges, damages, etc). Final payment can be made with cash, money order or credit card. Personal checks are not accepted for the final payment.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Guarantees

In order to be fully prepared for your event, the Event Coordinator must be notified of your final attendance count 7 days in advance of the function date.

Prices

Prices listed in our menu or quoted on a Banquet Event Order are per person and are subject to a 20% service fee and applicable New York sales tax. All food & beverage prices are subject to change without notice.

Liability

The Yahnundasis cannot assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items or personal property. Any items brought to the club for the purposes of decoration must be removed immediately after the event, unless other arrangements have been made. The Yahnundasis cannot assume responsibility for any decorative items left beyond this time frame.
